What Will You Experience
Working with Cashmere
Consultations
Each scheduled session includes a consultation before their session. The goal is to understand your vision and preferences. Cashmere will ask about the number of family members, preferred locations, wardrobe ideas, and the overall style or mood you’re aiming for. This would be the perfect time to share any inspirational images. You'll have the opportunity to view portfolio samples, review posing and lighting, and explain the session process, pricing, and available packages. This consultation ensures everyone is prepared and comfortable, helping create a smooth experience and beautiful, lasting images.
Photoshoot
Your session will be relaxed, kid-friendly, and focused on capturing your family just as you are. When we meet, we’ll start with a few simple, guided poses so everyone can warm up and feel comfortable. After that, we’ll ease into natural moments — little laughs, cuddles, playing with your kids, and anything that shows your real connection.
I’ll gently direct you when needed but never force anything stiff or unnatural. If your kids need a minute, that’s totally okay — we move at their pace. I want the whole experience to feel easy, fun, and pressure-free.
Throughout the shoot, I’ll mix classic portraits with candid storytelling shots so you end up with a gallery full of variety: smiling poses for the wall and those sweet in-between moments you’ll treasure forever.
Photo Proofing
You have the option to end your session by taking 20-30 minutes to review and select your final images directly after your shoot or at another scheduled time. RAW images will not be provided to clients. If you do not wish to photo proof then, I will choose the best images based off my professional opinion.
Editing Process
If you decide to turn down the opportunity to Photo Proof then, I will carefully go through every image and select the strongest moments. The moments that feel genuine, flattering, and true to your family. My editing style is clean, timeless, and true-to-life. I don’t rely on heavy Photoshop or dramatic filters; instead, I focus on enhancing what’s already there.
I correct lighting, color, and small distractions so your photos feel polished and consistent, while still looking natural and realistic. Skin tones stay true, details stay crisp, and your family still looks like you — just in beautiful, well-finished images.
The goal is simple: to deliver a gallery that feels classic, honest, and long-lasting… the kind of photos that still look good twenty years from now.
